Mark as Useful According to NANP this is clearly a spoofed CID. There is no such rate center starting with 200.
CID is easily spoofed and it is best to either blacklist the CID (once again CID can be spoofed easily) or just do not answer calls in the 200 "rate center" range - 201 is however legit.
